Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from property owners regarding maintenance issues, payment concerns, and general property management matters
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the property management system, ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved issues
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to address property-related concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Provide accurate information on strata regulations, bylaws, and property policies to property owners
- Assist in processing owner payments, issuing receipts, and managing financial inquiries
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with the property management team to implement effective communication strategies for property owners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in property management or strata management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Singapore's strata management regulations and property laws is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is preferred
