Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Good command of English and at least one other local language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
