Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
  • Previous customer service experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
  • Good command of English and at least one other local language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
