Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels, including calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate management level or team for further action.
  • Adhere to company service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics to meet operational goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve overall service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE 'N'/'O' Level with relevant customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Reliable and able to work full-time shifts.
