Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using basic office software and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about health products
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other languages is a plus
