Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues through structured problem-solving
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Fluent in English and Filipino with exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Type 25+ WPM with high accuracy
- Positive attitude under pressure with customer-centric mindset
