Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, quality scores)
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless issue resolution
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer journeys
- Adhere to compliance standards and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
