- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by applying sound judgment and company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
