Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and timely.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule as required.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
