Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for banking clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve account inquiries, transaction disputes, and service-related issues
- Process transactions and update customer information in banking systems
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Adhere to banking protocols, compliance regulations, and data security standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer scenarios
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of BPO/call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates encouraged
