Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for assigned voice accounts with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- No prior BPO experience required - training provided
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Positive attitude with adaptability to changing processes
