- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document all interactions accurately in company systems for quality assurance

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (open to career starters)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
