Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries, order modifications, and delivery status updates via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve payment discrepancies, missing items, and delivery-related complaints efficiently
- Process returns, refunds, and store credits according to company policies
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve escalated delivery issues
- Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and services
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Excellent command of English and Filipino languages
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling high-pressure situations
