Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for home security account inquiries and openings
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Process new account applications and documentation accurately

- Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
