Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding magazine subscriptions and digital content.
- Assist subscribers with account management, including renewals, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments and update billing information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during calls.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
