Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly tone, focusing on sales conversion.
- Provide accurate product information and explain features/benefits to prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve service processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and product knowledge.
