Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly tone, focusing on sales conversion.
  • Provide accurate product information and explain features/benefits to prospective and existing customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve service processes and customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Willingness to learn new sales techniques and product knowledge.
