Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email for streaming platform inquiries
- Resolve account issues, billing concerns, and technical troubleshooting efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Meet performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Contribute to team goals through active participation in coaching sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service or call center experience (BPO background advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and resilience in high-pressure situations
- Must pass background and drug screening requirements
