Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for our Telco Account
- Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays if needed
