Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Assist customers with travel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes via phone and email.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell travel products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and process improvement.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or college level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (at least 35-40 words per minute).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Valid government ID and proof of billing (resident of Davao City is preferred).
