Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Assist customers with travel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes via phone and email.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell travel products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and process improvement.
  • Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or college level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills (at least 35-40 words per minute).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • Valid government ID and proof of billing (resident of Davao City is preferred).
