Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, and social media channels
- Resolve product/service issues with speed and accuracy while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to address complex customer needs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications according to company policies
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced online environments

- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
