Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Assist with daily administrative functions and support the wider team operations.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in internal databases and CRM systems.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or diploma is preferred.
