- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services to clients.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve service quality.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new joiners to ensure team cohesion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree in any field; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
