Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including entry, verification, and tracking
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order fulfillment issues
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate order records in CRM and ERP systems
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior support staff
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for order management workflows
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or order management
- Proficiency in CRM software and order management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
