- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing customer service protocols
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of SHARP products (training provided)
