Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products, transactions, and account status.
- Resolve complex account issues and discrepancies to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with balance inquiries, fund transfers, and general account navigation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management or technical support teams promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and financial compliance standards during every customer interaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial products to enhance customer value.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal communication skills are mandatory).
- Proven experience in Customer Service or BPO environment, with a preference for candidates having Finance or Banking background.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or Bachelorβs degree in any field.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work night shifts or flexible schedules as required by business needs.
- Punctuality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
