Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries related to data center operations, connectivity, and services
- Coordinate technical support teams to address customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor data center performance metrics and proactively address potential service disruptions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service enhancement initiatives
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on customer service best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed customer support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Basic understanding of data center operations, networking, and cloud technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in IT service management (ITIL) or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
