Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for telecommunications services with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case histories in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues
- Meet performance metrics including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain up-to-date service knowledge
- Identify upsell opportunities for value-added telecommunications services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic computer applications
- Previous customer service or call center experience desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessments
