Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support for streaming service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming platforms and user accounts
- Process billing, subscription, and payment-related requests accurately
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues
- Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics
- Continuously update knowledge on streaming features and entertainment industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
