Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues through multiple channels
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Adhere to quality metrics and compliance standards for all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Meet or exceed daily performance targets including call volume and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of BPO/call center experience
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
