Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payment status, deposits, withdrawals, and account details with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process financial transactions accurately, ensuring all payment records are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
- Resolve complex account issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports related to payment activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the finance or banking sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and standard financial terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
