- Guide customers through financial account opening procedures with precision and professionalism
- Present product features and benefits tailored to individual client needs
- Process applications efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the account lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with financial industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly account acquisition targets
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, sales, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and sensitive customer data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products and services
- Must be available to work at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive product and compliance training
