Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to the general public and stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve inquiries regarding transport services, regulations, and procedures.
  • Manage customer queues and assist in the smooth flow of operations at the service counter.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE N/O Level or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a customer service or frontline role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
