Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding healthcare products and services.
- Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and service requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or Vocational Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, if required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
