- Manage hotel reservation inquiries and bookings via phone and digital channels
- Provide accurate information on accommodations, rates, and availability
- Process modifications and cancellations while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling and resolution times
- Document interactions and transactions in reservation systems
- Adhere to company protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
