Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Japanese language training programs for customer service representatives
- Conduct engaging training sessions focusing on conversational Japanese, business etiquette, and cultural nuances
- Assess trainees' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive exercises
- Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and industry trends
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Motivate trainees and create a positive learning environment
- Track and report on training effectiveness and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a language trainer or educator, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
- Creative and patient teaching approach with ability to engage diverse learners
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum
- Certification in Japanese language teaching (e.g., JLPT N1) is a plus
