What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for youth development. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our members, handling inquiries, and contributing to a positive organizational culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization's membership database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to resolve queries and retain members.
- Process membership renewals, onboarding new members, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist in organizing and executing membership events and youth development programs.
- Collect and analyze member feedback to improve service quality and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote membership benefits and drive program participation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries regarding programs and services.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, membership management, or the non-profit/youth sector is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A genuine passion for working with young people and driving community engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
