- Analyze and document complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and recommend effective solutions
- Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives
- Work closely with the Canada After-Sales Operations team to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence software
- Experience with process mapping and documentation methodologies
- Knowledge of after-sales operations and customer service processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
