As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing information received from sales representatives and direct customers. Your day-to-day activities will involve preparing accurate quotes and purchase orders using our state-of-the-art internal systems. Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and verify customer and sales representative information to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and send professional quotes and purchase orders (POs) using internal systems.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all processed transactions in the database.
  • Process payments and verify invoices as required by company standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting order discrepancies to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or data entry is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internal CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales and purchase order procedures.
