Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal clinic operations
- Provide accurate information about dental services, procedures, and insurance coverage
- Maintain detailed and organized patient records in the clinic's management system
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with dental practitioners to ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Handle patient feedback and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach
- Stay updated on clinic services, procedures, and healthcare regulations to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in healthcare or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environment
- Proficient in using office software and clinic management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
