Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or patient relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong empathy
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in using healthcare information systems and office software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
