Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding real estate listings and travel packages.
- Assist clients in booking travel itineraries and processing property inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet daily and monthly sales or performance targets.
- Provide detailed product information and updates to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills and internet proficiency.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle GCash transactions.
- Previous experience in real estate or travel industry is a plus.
