- Coach, train, and develop Recruiter L1 and 2 to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manage key client relationships and ensure alignment with recruitment goals
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team through targeted training and development programs
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and professional growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment targets
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
