Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality and processes.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure call quality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
