Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, process transactions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every call.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and KPI targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience in BPO or Call Center environments (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
