Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to prospective clients in the education industry.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to determine their interest in our services.
- Promote Wing Assistant’s Education Services package and schedule appointments with potential hosts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPI targets regarding call volume and lead generation.
- Research potential clients to tailor pitch strategies effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and targets.
