Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate high-quality leads for loan services.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their financial needs and credit readiness.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with loan officers and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Follow up on pending leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales development, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
