Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding client pain points and presenting relevant SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the CRM system.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Track and analyze call metrics to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed sales pitches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, with a preference for a clear US accent.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work full-time in our Taguig office.
