- Proactively contact potential students and parents to discuss student loan options and services
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for educational financing solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding student loan portfolio
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving loan-related issues
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with qualified prospects
- Stay informed about current student loan products, regulations, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
