Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person meetings to promote Personal Loan and Credit Card products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit solutions to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential clients within the Tawau community.
- Manage customer data accurately in the CRM system and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally to ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to expedite loan approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
