- Lead daily operations of a content moderation team ensuring policy adherence and quality standards
- Investigate complex trust and safety incidents including harassment, hate speech, and illegal content
- Develop and refine global safety policies in alignment with regional regulations
- Analyze moderation data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical safety solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trust and safety or content moderation
- Strong understanding of digital safety regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven team leadership experience in high-volume moderation environments
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in incident management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Certification in digital safety or risk management preferred
