- Manage customer accounts for streaming services including setup, modifications, and cancellations
- Resolve technical issues related to streaming platforms, payment methods, and access problems
- Process transactions and handle billing inquiries with precision
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on streaming features, content, and service updates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog communication
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc.)
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
